The Yamaha CS8W is a heavy-duty, double-braced boom cymbal stand built for drummers who need secure support and flexible cymbal placement. Its 16.9" boom arm offers plenty of reach for crashes, rides and effects cymbals, while the convertible design allows it to be used as a straight stand when a tighter setup is needed.

Yamaha’s Step Free Tilter enables precise cymbal-angle adjustment without fixed gear positions. The Quick Release Nut speeds up cymbal changes, and the supplied SECW Sound Enhancement Cymbal Washer offers two support configurations to help the cymbal move naturally. With oversized rubber feet and an 83–159cm height range, the CS8W is a strong choice for regular gigging, rehearsal rooms and heavier cymbal setups.
