Graham Russell Drums is the UK’s Largest Drum Store and a specialist drum shop based in Fareham, Hampshire. Established in 2003, our 5,000-square-foot showroom offers two floors of playable new and used drums, cymbals, electronic kits, hardware and percussion, supported by honest advice from experienced drummers.

Our showroom has been described as drum heaven by our community of drummers, boasting two floors full of drum gear to see, play and compare. We offer complimentary tea or coffee for those looking to spend some time browsing in-store, along with a sofa and magazines for any non-drummers to sit and enjoy.
Graham Russell Drums since 2003
The business was started by Graham and Haley Russell in 2003. Graham has played drums for over 35 years and toured Europe and America with numerous bands, including Bristol-based band The Blue Aeroplanes. Drums have always been a passion; the business started as a hobby from home but quickly established itself as a reputable and reliable specialist drum shop. More than 20 years on, we are here to provide drummers with excellent equipment at fantastic prices.
We sell both new and used drums and part exchange drum gear for fair prices. Buying, selling and part exchanging drum gear has been central to the business from the beginning, and we welcome enquiries from drummers looking to sell or trade in functional gear, from a single cymbal or case to a complete kit. We pride ourselves on having as much stock as possible in-store, all for you to try and compare. The showroom now has dedicated rooms for Meinl, Istanbul, Zildjian and electronic drum kits.
There are dedicated Yamaha and Tama displays, a large playable selection from DW, Ludwig and Sonor, and a dedicated beginner drum kit section. A dedicated Ludwig area is also being added to the showroom.
Our cymbal wall runs the length of the warehouse and is packed with cymbals from all our other brands to try, complementing the separate dedicated Meinl, Istanbul and Zildjian rooms. Alongside the new stock, we keep a huge and constantly changing second-hand selection of drum kits, snares, cymbals, hardware and pedals, percussion and cases.

Although we are only a small team, everyone working here is a fantastic player with loads of live and studio experience, so you can be sure of expert advice.
