The Yamaha SS7S is a low-position, medium-weight snare stand designed for drummers who need their snare to sit lower in the setup. Its 36–53cm height range makes it a particularly useful choice for deeper snare drums, lower seating positions or players who prefer a flatter snare angle.

The single-braced legs keep the stand practical to transport while providing a more substantial base than Yamaha’s lightweight 6 Series options. A Step Free Tilter gives continuous adjustment rather than fixed notches, while the snare basket adjustment knob helps you achieve a secure fit with 13" and 14" snare drums.
