Built around a 1.3mm beaded brass shell, this 14” x 8” snare delivers huge body and projection while retaining the bright, articulate attack that brass drums are renowned for. The deeper 8” shell depth produces a powerful low-end punch and thick backbeat, making it ideal for players who want a commanding snare presence in louder musical settings. Despite its depth, the brass shell still offers excellent sensitivity and dynamic control, allowing ghost notes and subtle articulations to speak clearly across a wide tuning range.

The drum is fitted with black nickel hardware including 10 tube lugs and die-cast hoops, providing excellent tuning stability and a focused rimshot response while helping to control unwanted overtones. A traditional S-9 snare strainer ensures smooth and reliable snare engagement, allowing precise adjustment of snare wire tension.
