Built around a 1.3mm beaded brass shell, this 14” x 6.5” snare delivers the powerful projection and rich tonal complexity that brass drums are renowned for. The deeper 6.5” shell depth provides increased body and low-end presence, while the brass construction produces a bright, articulate attack with lively harmonic overtones. This combination offers excellent versatility across a wide tuning range, allowing the drum to perform equally well at high tensions for cutting articulation or at medium tunings where the shell produces a fuller, more powerful backbeat.

Fitted with 10 chrome tube lugs and 2.3mm triple-flanged Super Hoops, the drum allows the brass shell to resonate freely while maintaining excellent tuning stability and consistent rimshot response. A traditional S-9 style snare strainer provides smooth and reliable operation, paired with German brass-ended snare wires that deliver excellent sensitivity and crisp snare response across the drum’s dynamic range. Finished in black nickel over brass with chrome hardware, the drum combines classic brass snare tone with a sleek modern aesthetic suited to both stage and studio environments.
