Drum clinics and masterclasses at Graham Russell Drums
We host drum clinics and drum masterclasses through the year, bringing some of the finest players in the world to Fareham and to venues around Southampton and Portsmouth. Some are relaxed afternoons in the showroom with a brand and their technicians. Others are full evenings on a stage: a performance, the story behind a career, and your questions answered.
Everyone is welcome, whatever you play or how long you have played it. Anything on sale appears at the top of this page.

Are your drum clinics free?
It varies. Brand days and open days in the showroom are usually free to walk into. The bigger artist evenings are ticketed, with the price on the listing.
Where do the events take place?
Clinics and brand days are at our showroom, Unit 5 Axis Park, Newgate Lane, Fareham PO14 1FD. Larger evenings move to a venue with a stage and seating, in and around Southampton and Portsmouth. Every listing gives the venue, doors and start time.
How do I book tickets?
Tickets are sold on this page like any other product. There is nothing to post, so choose collection at checkout: your name goes on the door list.
Can I bring my children?
Yes, and we hope you do. Young drummers get more out of these nights than anyone. For an evening at an outside venue, the listing will say if the venue has its own age policy.
Can I meet the drummer and get something signed?
Sometimes. It depends on the artist, the venue and how the night runs, so it is not something we can promise. Where a signing or a meet and greet is planned, the listing will say so.
Do you run drum lessons or workshops as well?
We run clinics, masterclasses and brand days rather than regular lessons. If you need a teacher in the area, ring us on 01329 834012 and we will point you at someone good.
