The Trash Hit is part of the Traditional series, so it is completely lathed on top and bottom in the same way as Istanbul Agop's core ride and crash range, giving it a rich, warm foundation. What sets it apart is the outer edge, shaped by a unique and creative lathing process that leaves it deliberately warped and malleable rather than flat. That irregular edge is what gives the Trash Hit its distinctive voice, sitting somewhere between the cymbal types you already know rather than behaving like any single one of them.

At 10 inches, this sits at the small end of the range, where the Trash Hit sounds like a cross between a splash and a china: fast, trashy and immediate, with a quick decay that clears out of the way rather than lingering. It is built for texture and accent work rather than as a primary crash or ride, adding a burst of controlled chaos exactly when you want it. That makes it a natural fit for stacking with a crash or hi-hat, for quick colour in a groove, or for any setup where a single unusual-sounding cymbal earns its place.
