The 14" x 6.5" Tour Custom snare uses a 6-ply, 5.6mm maple shell, giving it a warm, open sound with enough depth for a full-bodied backbeat. It is a strong all-round wooden snare for players wanting a responsive drum that can cover regular rehearsal, live work and recording.

Yamaha’s 2.3mm steel Inverse Dyna Hoops help focus the shell’s response, while the 10 Absolute Lugs use an internal lug-locking mechanism to support stable tuning. A 25-strand SN1425H high-carbon-steel snare wire gives the drum clear, defined snare response, and the Liquorice Satin finish makes it a smart match for the Tour Custom range.
