The Starclassic Performer series is widely regarded for its powerful, expressive and highly controlled tonal character, and this limited edition configuration builds on that foundation with refined aesthetics and modern playability. At its core is a hybrid maple and birch shell construction, combining the focused attack and projection of birch with the warmth and low-end body of maple. This results in a punchy, articulate response with a controlled sustain and excellent clarity across the full dynamic range. The inclusion of Hyper-Drive tom sizes (10"x6.5", 12"x7", 14"x12", 16"x14") enhances stick response and articulation while allowing for lower positioning and improved ergonomic setup flexibility.

From a hardware perspective, this kit is fitted with Tama die-cast hoops, which further refine the sound by increasing focus, improving tuning stability and delivering a more controlled, defined rimshot response. The shells are complemented by black nickel hardware, giving the kit a sleek, contemporary aesthetic while maintaining the robust build quality expected from the Starclassic range. The 22"x18" bass drum delivers a tight, punchy low-end with strong projection, while the inclusion of 2 x MC69 single tom attachments provides secure, flexible mounting options.
