The Sonor Kompressor 14 x 5.75'' Steel Snare Drum is a powerful, workhorse snare from dedicated German drum manufacturer, Sonor. Constructed from steel, the snare produces, punchy, attacking tones at an earth-breaking volume, ideal for a wide variety of styles and genres. It has also been designed with Sonor's optimal shell measurement (OSM) technology which consists of making the shell ever so slightly smaller in diameter compared to the drum head allowing the drum head to sit more flush with the shell with maximised head-shell contact; this allows the head to vibrate more freely unlocking every single available tone in all its glory.
