SONIClear™ Bearing Edge
The SONIClear™ Bearing Edge is standard on all Saturn Series shells. It allows the drumhead to sit flatter on the shell, creating better contact and enhanced resonance.

Air Flow Venting
Venting is essential to the feel and overall resonance of the shells. Toms and bass drums feature different combinations of vent holes, strategically placed at the *nodal line with the lugs.

Maple and Walnut Hybrid Shell
This hybrid shell produces a deep yet clear warmth. The clarity of maple complements the low frequencies of walnut, resulting in an exceptionally strong and resonant instrument.

SAS Static 90° Floor Tom Legs
The straighter the path to the floor, the more sound is lost. The Static 90° Design Lab leg design preserves the maximum amount of resonance in the floor tom.

SONIClear™ Tom Suspension System
The SONIClear™ tom suspension system increases overall resonance by preserving the natural vibration of both the drumhead and shell.

Sonic Pedestal Foot
The steel leg is isolated from direct ground contact by an internal cotter pin, allowing the floor tom to "float" on the elevated "spring" of the rubber foot. This eliminates unwanted vibration and maximises resonance.
