The Remo Powerstroke 4 Clear Tom Pack is designed for drummers who want a powerful, controlled tom sound with strong attack and reduced overtones. Each head in the pack uses a dual-ply construction made from two layers of 7-mil clear film, creating a total thickness of 14 mil. This heavier construction provides excellent durability and a deeper, more focused tone compared with single-ply heads, making them particularly suitable for louder playing environments.

Powerstroke 4 heads also feature an integrated underside control ring, approximately 3 mil thick, positioned around the outer edge of the head. This dampening ring helps reduce unwanted overtones and shortens sustain while maintaining the drum’s fundamental tone.
