The Istanbul Agop Clapstack (11", 13" & 15") is now available with us at Graham Russell Drums.

The Istanbul Agop Clapstack is a unique effects cymbal designed to recreate the sharp, punchy sound of classic electronic handclaps using an entirely acoustic setup. Developed in collaboration with Mike Johnston, it combines three specially shaped cymbals (11", 13" and 15") to produce a crisp, dry and highly articulate clap effect that's equally at home in live performance, recording and hybrid drum setups.

Handcrafted from premium B20 bronze, each cymbal features a distinctive profile that allows the stack to respond with a fast, controlled attack and an exceptionally short decay. The result is a tight, cutting sound that sits perfectly above the kit without excessive sustain, making it ideal for accents, backbeats and creative rhythmic textures. The tension between the cymbals can also be adjusted, allowing drummers to fine-tune the response and overall character of the stack.

Perfect for pop, funk, hip-hop, gospel, fusion and contemporary worship, the Istanbul Agop Clapstack offers an inspiring alternative to traditional splash or effects cymbals.
