The Mapex Saturn VI Fast Rock combines premium hybrid maple/walnut shells with Mapex's resonance-focused hardware and shell technology, creating a versatile four-piece shell pack designed for a full, responsive and controlled sound.

At the heart of the Saturn VI is Mapex's SONIClear™ Bearing Edge, designed to allow the drumhead to sit flatter against the shell. This improves head-to-shell contact, helping produce a stronger fundamental tone while making the drums easier to tune across a wide range.

Mapex has also engineered the mounting and floor tom hardware to minimise unnecessary contact with the shells. SONIClear™ suspension, low-mass tom holders and isolation-focused floor tom hardware all work together to preserve shell vibration and allow the maple/walnut construction to resonate freely.
