Information

The Tama Starclassic Performer 14" x 6.5" Snare Drum, Molten Steel Blue Burst is now available with us at Graham Russell Drums.

Built around a six-ply, 6mm shell, this Starclassic Performer combines four plies of birch with two inner plies of maple. This hybrid construction pairs the warmth of maple with the focused attack and clarity of birch, delivering a full, articulate sound. The 14" x 6.5" dimensions provide depth and body for strong backbeats while offering plenty of scope to explore different tunings.

Die-cast hoops help produce a defined attack and solid rimshots, with an Evans G1 coated batter head and Evans 300 snare-side head providing a responsive playing surface and sensitive snare response. Finished in Molten Steel Blue Burst, this drum makes an ideal matching addition to a Starclassic Performer kit or a distinctive snare for an existing setup.
