The 14” Pure Alloy Extra Hammered Hi-Hats feature a medium-thin top and a medium bottom, with extra hammering throughout for added character. Their pre-EQ’d sound delivers a dry attack in the upper-mid frequencies, giving them a clear and focused voice. A subtle sizzle and low-end crunch add rich warmth and a naturally compressed response. Opening the top cymbal produces thick, punchy barks, while closing them yields a crisp, dry foot chick. When fully opened, they provide a robust wash with plenty of volume and projection.
