The CODE DNA 18" Coated Drum Head is now available with us at Graham Russell Drums.

The CODE DNA 18" Coated Drum Head features a single-ply 10 mil construction designed to deliver a warm, open tone with a strong initial attack and a balanced level of sustain. Its responsive feel allows the drum to speak clearly across a wide dynamic range, while the single-ply design encourages plenty of natural resonance. On an 18" floor tom, this makes the DNA Coated particularly well suited to players looking for a deep, full-bodied sound without sacrificing definition or sensitivity.

Made from coated PET film, the textured surface provides a slightly more controlled response while retaining the openness associated with a traditional single-ply drum head. The coating also makes it suitable for brush playing, while the aluminium rim with a steel core helps provide a secure fit and consistent tuning across the drum. Whether tuned low for a deep, resonant floor tom sound or brought higher for greater articulation and focus, the CODE DNA Coated offers a dependable combination of warmth, response and versatility.
