Ludwig's NeuSonic series offers the ideal blend of power, reliability, and versatility all rolled up into one superior series of drums. The Ludwig NeuSonic snare drum features a 5mm hybrid shell design, with a 3-ply maple exterior and 3-ply cherry interior. NeuSonic series shells feature a single 45-degree bearing edge with a 1/16" back cut. This offers wide-range tuning abilities and optimal sustain, as well as a warm and bright, balanced tone. This snare is ideal for the gigging drummer due to it's powerful projection and reliability, and is a perfect addition to the NeuSonic drum kit range!
