The Gretsch USA Broadkaster is back! The new Broadkaster features 3-ply maple-poplar-maple shells internally finished with Gretsch classic Silver Sealer. Snare drums are finished with a standard 30 degree bearing edge. Like all traditional USA-made kits the Broadkaster comes with classic Gretsch 302 double flanged hoops. These are similar to the original "stick chopper" hoops used in the 1950's however, these are made with heavier gauge steel that control the tone better and also protect your sticks. Broadkaster snare are available in two different hardware packages, standard and vintage. Standard package includes heavy-duty Gretsch lugs and spurs typical to Gretsch USA Custom and Brooklyn kits.
